University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013Download a full printable version of the University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013. 1.1 Title and Operation of the AgreementThis Agreement is made under section 172 of the Fair Work Act 2009 and will be known as the University of Adelaide Enterprise Agreement 2010-2013 (Agreement). It will take effect from the date of approval by Fair Work Australia and will remain in force until 31 March 2013. A list of definitions and glossary of terms is included in Schedule 1. |
