Welcome to the Enterprise Bargaining Staff Information website.

A Great Research University needs Great People. The University of Adelaide Strategic Plan 2008-2012 commits to attracting, developing and supporting staff through the Great People Strategy. This strategic objective will underpin discussions when a new collective agreement is negotiated later this year.

As part of the University’s preparation for developing a new collective agreement, a number of Staff Focus Groups are being developed.

The purpose of these Focus Groups is to gain a greater understanding of your views on the conditions of employment within the University and in particular to ask the following questions:

What do you like about working at the University of Adelaide?
What do you think works well in the current collective agreement?
What isn’t working?
What needs to be improved?
How do you want to be kept informed on progress during negotiations?

You are encouraged to attend the Focus Group sessions – download the invite (doc 327kB) for session times, dates and venue details. The Staff Focus Groups have been organised by level to provide the opportunity to discuss issues that are unique to different groups.

The information gathered in confidence from the focus groups will be collated, prioritised and considered as part of the new collective agreement.

Updates on how negotiations are progressing will be provided to you during negotiations.
