About Employee Services Online (ESO)

All employees of the University have the ability to view and print both past and current payslip information on their desktop via Employee Services Online (ESO), from home, interstate or overseas.

Your ESO username is the username assigned to you to access the University's network, ie LDAP. Your network username takes the form of a1234567 where 1234567 is your staff Id.

Your ESO password is the same as your network password used to access the University's network.

New staff will need to present photo identification when requesting their network username and password from Card Services.

Confidentiality

The personal information accessible via ESO is yours. It is recommended that you do not share your username and password. Please refer to the Information Technology Acceptable Use and Security Policy and Password Best Practice.
