Review Committee Staff Representatives

University of Adelaide Collective Agreement 2006-2008

In accordance with Clause 47 (pdf 45kB) of the University of Adelaide Collective Agreement 2006-2008, a Review Committee may be established when a staff member appeals and seeks a review of a determination resulting from any of the following:

Classification Review
Involuntary Redundancy
Redeployment
Misconduct/Serious Misconduct
Promotion
Application for Continuing Employment for Academic Staff (Tenure)
Unsatisfactory Performance.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Clause 47 – Review Committees, a staff member who seeks such a review is able to choose a committee member from a pool of staff representatives (doc 71kB).
