Program Overview

Are you spending more and more time using email? Do you feel like your email is controlling you? Is your Inbox out of control? If the answer is yes, then this is the program for you because it's specifically designed to help you ‘take control of your email'.

• How to free up more time
• How to manage communications technology instead of it managing you
• How to set and manage expectations around email use
• How to minimise email traffic (in and out)
• How to use calendar and email together to manage communications, tasks and meetings efficiently
• How to regain control when your Inbox size becomes excessive
• How to file emails effectively

Who should attend?

Staff who would like to spend less time on email and regain time for higher value activities. The program also caters for entire teams and provides an opportunity for teams to make decisions around email use and managing expectations.
The program is also useful for all new staff to ensure they start their time at the University using best practice approaches to time and email management.
