Emerging Leaders ProgramProgram OverviewMaking the transition into management can be challenging. The shift from achieving results through personal proficiency to succeeding through others is one of the most difficult aspects of a new manager's role. The Emerging Leaders Program is a customised development program delivered within Faculties/Branches by external facilitators. The program is designed to build the leadership capability of new managers and to provide context for their contribution to the University. Learning Outcomes
Who Should Attend?This program is suitable for new or future leaders within a Faculty/Branch. The appropriate management group will select staff to participate in the program.
