Certificate IV in Frontline ManagementProgram OverviewMaking the transition into management can be challenging. The shift from achieving results through personal proficiency to succeeding through others is one of the most difficult aspects of a new manager's role. The Certificate IV in Frontline Management program is an accredited management development program, customised for the University, and facilitated by a registered training organisation. Learning Outcomes
AssessmentAll assessments will be competency and workplace based. Depending on the module or topic, assessment will be via a combination of role-plays, group discussions, individual/team projects, short answer questions, case simulations etc. The assessments will be conducted during the workshop and/or post workshop where participants will have the opportunity to use resources at work and base their assessment activity on real work situations. Following each assessment activity, participants will obtain written and/or oral feedback from their assessor. Who should attend?This program is suitable for new or future leaders. Faculty/Division management groups will select staff to participate in the program.
