Impact Leadership
Testimonials from staff who have completed the program

  • Very motivating. Enabled me to unravel my strengths and weaknesses and also helped me to realise that there are so many others facing the same challenges as myself. Given me a lot of direction and provided me with some tools to further develop in my role.

  • A hands-on, engaging and effective program that I really valued and gained a lot of knowledge from. I would recommend this program to other leaders at the University.

  • Very Motivating and inspirational. Given me some basic tools to get started with. Lovely to network with other leaders who have the same difficulties/pressures.

  • A chance to extract myself from day-to-day operations and think about the bigger picture whilst meeting other people across the University, has been refreshing and eye-opening.

  • A thought provoking program that offers workable solutions to common tricky situations.

  • Totally exceeded my expectations. Not just another management program, but one that helps with the practical application of techniques into the workplace

  • Large range of tools/models that can be translated into the work environment with little difficulty. The result of using such easy tools I can see could have a huge impact on my career

  • I feel this program has equipped me with the knowledge, skills and tools I need to feel confident in my career. I am taking a lot away from the last 6 days

Impact Leadership

Program Overview

Leading at Adelaide's Impact Leadership program has been designed to support Frontline Leaders (Team leaders and Supervisors).
