Program Overview

The Leaders Coaching Program is a personalised program linking high potential senior staff with highly skilled external coaches. The program is tailored to individual needs and is aimed at enhancing senior managers' leadership skills in anticipation of executive leadership roles in the foreseeable future.

Learning Outcomes

  • 1-on-1 executive coaching.
  • Engage in a 360 degree assessment.
  • Critical analysis of individual leadership style leading to the development of a personalised development plan.
  • Undertake mentoring, secondments or job shadowing where appropriate.
  • Build the capacity to influence, drive and lead organisational change.
  • Develop skills in managing key stakeholder relationships and organisational politics.

Who should attend?

This program is suitable for senior University staff who have been identified as potential executive leaders. Staff who have been identified through the Planning, Development and Review (PDR) and succession planning processes will be invited to participate in the program.

Program Details

The program will consist of 1-on-1 meetings with an executive coach and the University's executive leaders.
