Momentum Leadership
Testimonials from staff who have completed the program

  • Very motivating. Enabled me to unravel my strengths and weaknesses and also helped me to realise that there are so many others facing the same challenges as myself. Given me a lot of direction and provided me with some tools to further develop in my role.

  • A hands-on, engaging and effective program that I really valued and gained a lot of knowledge from. I would recommend this program to other leaders at the University.

  • Excellent. Very Motivating and inspirational. Given me some basic tools to get started with. Lovely to network with other leaders who have the same difficulties/pressures.

  • A chance to extract myself from day-to-day operations and think about the bigger picture whilst meeting other people across the University, has been refreshing and eye-opening.

  • A thought provoking program that offers workable solutions to common tricky situations.

  • Excellent all round program providing many useful tools to use in my workplace/organisation. Also, a great opportunity to meet, learn and engage with other staff around the University.

  • High energy and fast paced delivery. Comprehensive, relevant and divers content. Challenging and enjoyable.

  • Awesome, excellent teaching and interactive live sessions. Learning easy but challenging. I have moved from feeling just a manager to a competent manager and an asset to (my School).

  • Challenging and engaging. The course has excellent facilitators who involve the whole class in a learning experience designed for middle managers.

  • Probably the best program that I have attended, concepts were well thought through and presented very effectively. Key differentiator is the quality of the presenters.
