Planning Development and Review - A Program for Managers

Program Overview

Performance management can be viewed from two sides. On one side it is the process of development, two-way communication, encouragement and motivation - processes that focus on the employee as people. On the other, it is the process of aligning work objectives, monitoring and assessing employee contribution, and providing feedback - processes that focuses on employees as resources and enablers of organisational goals. This program aims to assist managers in addressing both sides of the coin.
