Mastering Presentation  Skills

Program Overview

This practical workshop is designed to enhance your skills and confidence to deliver effective presentations. You will discover the key elements of effective presentations and receive a step-by-step approach to putting presentations together. Topics covered include:

• What makes a good presenter
• Researching and writing for a presentation
• How you sound and look
• Harnessing nerves
• Using visual aids
• Handling questions
• Some opportunities for practice - with constructive feedback

Engaging presenters make any topic memorable. This program will assist you in gaining the confidence needed to be a successful presenter, whether it is one-to-one, one-to-a-few, or one-to-many.


Nomination Criteria

Anyone who is required to deliver effective presentations or who wishes to generally improve their presentation and public speaking skills should attend.

Learning Outcomes

This workshop will allow you to overcome your speaking fears, identify bad presenting habits, develop new presenting techniques, gain greater confidence, better articulate a point-of-view and get your message across.
