We work in partnership with internal stakeholders to design tailored learning solutions that address management and organisational issues as they arise.

The team is also able to assist you in brokering a range of programs or team management tools, for example:

• Facilitators for strategic or operational planning sessions.
• Facilitators or coaches specialising in a broad range of fields.
• Team Management Systems (TMS), a diagnostic tool to identify individual and team work-based preferences.
• Accent modification training for non-English speaking academics and researchers.
• Building high performance teams.

Additionally, we are in the process of developing an on-line mentoring toolkit for Faculties/Branches wishing to implement internal mentoring programs. Watch this space!
