Staff Representatives

In accordance with the University of Adelaide Collective Agreement 2006-2008 (Agreement), Clause 47, a Review Committee may be established when a staff member appeals and seeks a review of a determination resulting from either a:

  • classification review
  • involuntary redundancy
  • redeployment
  • misconduct
  • promotion
  • application for continuing employment for Academic Staff (tenure)
  • unsatisfactory performance.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Clause 47 – Review Committees, a staff member who seeks such a review is able to choose a committee member from a pool of staff representatives, including Academic and Professional staff.
