Unsatisfactory Performance

The University of Adelaide Collective Agreement 2006-2008, Clause 45 Unsatisfactory Performance describes the process to address unsatisfactory performance by members of academic and professional staff.

The Managing Performance Guide is a useful tool for supervisors of staff whose performance is unsatisfactory.

The Unsatisfactory Performance Form (Counselling Session Record – Template) is provided as a supplement to the Managing Performance Guide.
