Healthy University Wellbeing Program

Are you looking after your most important asset - your health?

The Health Safety and Wellbeing Team has periodically provided a wide range of Health Promotion initiatives to enhance the health and wellbeing of University staff. These include seminars on, stress management, and quit smoking programs and participation in a number of organised events such as Global Corporate Challenge, Tour Down Under and City to Bay.

In delivering the Healthy University Wellbeing Program the University of Adelaide aims to provide University staff with access to a range of health resources, including detailed and specialist information from external agencies.

See the Events page for details of upcoming events.

(Please note, many of our activities are subsidised through our corporate arrangements with BUPA cover.
Members of the University of Adelaide Corporate Health plan will enjoy a special "no excess" offer. The University of Adelaide Corporate Health plan will pay it for you! )
