Performance Excellence

Performance Excellence is a key initiative of the University of Adelaide Strategic Plan, which aims to support the University's culture of excellence and continual improvement.

The Performance Excellence Framework is a suite of best practice performance management approaches designed to develop the capabilities of individuals and align performance outcomes with the objectives set out in the University of Adelaide Strategic Plan.

The Framework includes:

  • A revised Planning, Development and Review process and guidelines
  • Guidelines for recognising and rewarding achievements
  • An improved Position Description Template for Professional staff
  • A guide to managing performance improvement

For further information on Performance Excellence, staff should direct enquiries to their supervisor. Managers can direct enquiries to the Program Manager or HR Consultant.
