Sessions for Managers & Supervisors responsible for PDR

As part of the University of Adelaide's Performance Excellence project workshops are being held for managers and supervisors responsible for holding PDR conversations with staff.

The sessions are designed to provide you with an overview of the changes to PDR, your responsibilities and preparing for PDR conversations.

Managers and supervisors are encouraged to attend one of the following sessions:
