There are two rooms available on level 3 for booking. Both rooms are equipped with lecture projector setup.
We’ve made it easy for you to see room availability and book directly through your Calendar. You can schedule a resource for a meeting just as you would schedule a person. Resources include ‘Hub Central Seminar Room’ and ‘Hub Central Training Room’.
Procedures
1. Open the Calendar folder.
2. Select the Actions menu.
3. Select the Plan a Meeting command.
4. Select Add Others.
5. Select Add from Address Book.
6. Select the desired resource, either ‘Hub Central Seminar Room’ or ‘Hub Central Training Room’.
7. Select Resources.
8. Add any other attendees or resources to the meeting.
9. Select OK.
10. When a satisfactory time slot is located for all attendees and resources, select Make Meeting.
11. Type a subject for the meeting.
12. Select options as desired and then select the Send button.
13. Select Close.
You may receive one of the following messages in your inbox.
“ Your request was declined because there are conflicts. ”
If you receive the above message, your booking has not been successful. Please check the room availability and select another time.
Note: Your scheduled meeting may appear in your Calendar, however, your booking for the room has not been successful.
“ Your request was received and is pending approval. ”
Your booking has been successful, pending approval from the resource owners. The resource owners will assess your booking and may either accept or decline your request. If you do not receive a response within two (2) working days, please contact us.
“ Accepted: … ”
The resource owners have approved your booking! Please retain this email as your booking receipt.
