A
strong interest in food as a part of culture and a background in journalism,
food and web production led me to the MA in Gastronomy at Adelaide.
Since
graduating, I have become the editor of Taste.com.au,
Australia's number one recipe and food website. My dissertation examining
the history of espresso coffee in Sydney will soon be published as a book.
