Biography/Background

Domenic is a lecturer within the Business School and also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Domenic came to academia from a background in both the private and public sectors. He has published in major taxation journals in Australia and has been a frequent speaker and presenter at conferences and seminars run by the professional bodies. His research interests are in the areas of taxation of trusts, tax and anti-avoidance, taw law and statutory interpretation and the impact of administrative review on tax law.
