Biography/Background

Neil is a graduate of law from the University of Adelaide and admitted as a legal practitioner in 1976. He worked in private practice for the following 20 years, initially in Adelaide and later in country South Australia, specialising in general commercial matters, estate planning, estate administration and farm succession.  He was a consultant and legal practitioner with Flinders Trustees Limited from 1995-2002 and state manager of National Australia Trustees Limited (division of National Bank) from 2002 to May 2005.  He is currently a legal counsel for private clients for Australian Executor Trustees Limited, an authorized trustee company specialising in the provision of estate solutions, estate planning, trustee services and general wealth management services on a national basis.
