Conference publication
We would like to publish the Indigenous Languages Conference proceedings. With so many presentations, it is not feasible to publish every presentation in full. However, we would like to provide at least some coverage of all presentations.
Full-length refereed papers
New deadline: Monday 19th November
If you wish to have your paper/presentation considered for
publication in full, we ask you to submit a fully referenced paper by
19th November. Papers selected by the conference organising committee
for possible inclusion in the conference proceedings will be sent to
referees for review. Maximum length 8 pages.
Full-lenght papers must be formatted according to set guidelines. Download style-sheet here.
Presentation summaries
We intend to publish at least a brief summary of each presentation highlighting the main points made. We ask all presenters to provide a half to one page summary by Monday 17th September. This may be similar to the abstract in some cases. Keep in mind the reader who was not able to attend your presentation. (With three parallel sessions it is not possible for delegates to attend all sessions.) What do you want the reader to learn most about your program or your research findings or your ideas about Indigenous languages?
Plenary Presentations
All plenary presentations will be included in the publication. Plenary speakers are asked to provide full papers by 12th October.
Conference Recommendations and Hypothetical
Conference recommendations discussed at the meeting on Thursday 27th will certainly be included and we will also attempt to include some of the main points of discussion arising from the Hypothetical.
