Any group wishing to serve alcohol on Campus grounds will require approval from the University of Adelaide Club (ie. Staff Club). The attached form should be filled in emailed to the University of Adelaide Club for approval. The approved form will then be sent back to the applicant who is required to send a copy to the University Security Office.

Please note that University staff or students wishing to sell alcohol on campus (as opposed to serve) must have a Responsible Person from the University of Adelaide Club present at the event at all times in which alcohol is being served.
