Scott Theatre

The University has completed a $2 million theatre refurbishment of Scott Theatre on the North Terrace Campus.

The upgrade includes new seating in the 570-seat auditorium, new carpet and finishes and lighting. A fire and safety upgrade has been completed along with Occupational Health and Safety works to enable the balcony to be used providing an additional 154 seats.

The first users of the refurbished space will be the 2010 Adelaide Festival. The theatre will be available for use as a lecture theatre for students and will be available for public hire outside of our education commitments from Semester 1, 2010.
