IT Strategy & Architecture

The IT Strategy & Architecture team works closely with Faculties and Divisions to ensure that IT services and systems are supportive of University operations and strategic direction.

The team contributes to the development of IT Strategies for the University as documented in the Technology Transformation Plan and the University ICT Strategic Plan.

In addition, the team is driving the establishment of the Enterprise Architecture discipline at the University.

The Enterprise Architecture discipline can be described as a process for establishing business driven IT investment.  

The following diagram describes the various components of the University's Enterprise Architecture adopted framework and shows how those components work together in aligning IT investment to the University's strategic direction.
