This service provides access to networked printing for staff and postgraduate students located on campus.
Service Provisions
This service includes:
  • Negotiation and arrangement of preferred suppliers.
  • Maintaining a website with procurement information.
  • The management of printer queues and permissions.
  • Management, monitoring, fault diagnosis and configuration of printing infrastructure.
  • Assistance with warranty jobs.
  • General printing troubleshooting.
Please not this service does not include:
  • The procurement of printers and consumables.
  • Installation and servicing of equipment.
This service is available for: Staff, Visitors, Postgraduate Research students
