This service includes:
- Management of processes and handling of specific events (eg. Virus outbreaks).
- Investigations of inappropriate use and/or access.
- Liaison with internal and external entities.
This service does not include:
- Physical security of IT Facilities is the responsibility of Property Services.
- Responsibility for data within applications.
- Patching and configuration of systems.
