Terms of Reference

The University ICT Committee will govern the effective and efficient use of information and communications technology enabling the University to achieve its Digital Futures strategy.  It will;

• Develop and champion principles that will guide and govern decisions around ICT in the University
• Develop, oversee and monitor the Information and Communications Technology Strategic Plan
• Guide strategic Information and Communications Technology decisions with respect to both ICT architecture and investment
• Monitor performance of Information and Communications Technology services and investments
• Ensure Information and Communications Technology management policies and procedures are established and implemented
• Approve Information and Communications Technology investments
• Provide key input into the University's planning and budgeting process
• Communicate and engage with the University community
