Casual staff may require access to online services and access to desktop computers, file and printers.
Online Services, Desktop Computers, Files and Printers
Casual staff receive an account to access online services including Email, Internet, Files and Printers. This account becomes active once the casual accepts their contract online and the contract becomes active (ie. the start date of the contract). Staff who had a previous relationship with the University (eg staff, student) can expect to have the same account ID again. If casual staff need to maintain access to online services outside of the dates of their employment contract, the School/Branch must request Visitor Access
Setting Your Password
Once their casual contract becomes active, casual staff must visit the University Contact Centre with appropriate photo ID to obtain their account details and set a password.

There are no costs associated with casual staff having accounts created.
