Casual Staff

Casual staff may require access to online services and access to desktop computers, file and printers.

Online Services, Desktop Computers, Files and Printers

Casual staff automatically receive an account with access to online services such as Email and Internet and Desktop Computers, Files and Printers when their first payment is processed in the Human Resources (HR) system.

If casual staff need access to on-line services as part of their employment and prior to their first pay date, then a Prospective Employee Commencement form should be completed. 

Setting Your Password

After advice that accounts have been created staff should visit Card Services, in the Hughes Plaza, with some form of photo ID to have their password set.

Costs

There are no costs associated with casual staff having accounts created.

Timelines

Casual staff automatically receive an IT account when their first payment is processed.

If casual staff need access to on-line services as part of their employment and prior to their first pay date, then a Prospective Employee Commencement form should be completed. This form will be processed by HR.  Creation of IT accounts will occur when this form is processed.
