Visitor AccessVisitor Access is used to provide access to University online services, desktop computers, files and printers for people who are not staff or students, but who have a defined relationship with the University. This includes visiting academics, contractors (professional and trade), researchers and volunteers. Visitor access may also be granted to existing staff or students in one business area, but only if the visitor role is with another business area. Information about connecting personal computers to the University network is available at Personal Computer Network Access. Please refer to the Visitor Access Form Help below for assistance with filling in the form. This form should also be used for Extensions or Terminations of Visitor Access. The ITS Helpdesk will notify the person who requested the visitor access when accounts are created.
