AV hire for events

ITS AV provide a hire service for events and conferences.

When booking a venue it is advisable to first locate rooms with installed audio visual equipment as listed here.

The following items are available for hire:

• Data Projectors
• Projection Screens
• Public Address systems
• Microphones - lapel, headset, handheld
• Video Camera + operator
• DVD Player

Procedure

To hire AV equipment for an event please fax the booking form to 8303 5669.

Costs

The booking form includes hire costs.

If a technician/operator is required to attend an event  an additional service fee of $60 per hour is chargeable.

Timelines

A two week lead time is required for hire of equipment.

Policies

Please note: Video cameras must be operated by an ITS AV technician, tapes are included in the hire fee and will be given to the customer after the event for conversion to their choice of media.

Related services

Placements for additional equipment in Common Teaching Areas does not incurr a charge during normal business hours.
