 All members of the AV team have a genuine interest in AV and provide dedicated customer service to the University community.  Our technical expertise and skills enable us to:

* Design and Implement a high quality AV solution for Common Teaching Areas (CTAs) with user friendly interfaces to enhance the teaching and learning experience

* Prompt support and fault resolution

* Consultancy and Recommendations for projects with AV specific requirements

*  Video Conferencing service

Planning for improvement and upgrade of Audio Visual presentation systems includes consultation with The Teaching Technologies Reference Group composed of Academic staff from each Faculty which meets 4 times per year.

The aim of these meetings is to twofold, 1) to ensure that Academic staff are aware of new technologies which can potentially improve the teaching and learning experience and are involved in the decision making for changes to design 2) to  ensure Academics are fully aware of current Teaching Technology Projects.
