Video conferencing

Teaching Technologies Audio Visual Services offers video conferencing in lecture theatres and meeting rooms at North Terrace, Waite and Roseworthy campuses. The systems are capable of national and international ISDN and IP based communication from the venues listed below.

Currently every dual projection lecture theatre is Video Conference enabled. This means that they are capable of video conferencing both to internal and external destinations, however, only a limited number have video conference devices installed. They are all cabled in preparation for a device to be connected. To arrange a video conference from lecture theatre to lecture theatre or to an external destination, please email servicedesk@adelaide.edu.au or call 8303 3000 (then press option 4).

The connectivity is provided by Aarnet for University business only.

Bookings for video conferences are managed by Teaching Technologies Audio Visual Services.

* Video Conferencing enabled means they do not have installed video conferencing devices but are cabled for connection. A minimum two days notice is required when booking VC enabled rooms.

Procedure for Booking Video Conferences

Please complete the video conference online booking.
For meetings or interviews Rm G09 231 North Tce (Elizabeth House) is recommended and must be booked in Syllabus +.
