How do I contact the Helpdesk?The Helpdesk may be contacted by telephone or email.TelephoneTelephone is the best way to contact the Helpdesk if immediate action is required. The contact details section lists phone numbers for each Helpdesk. Email is best used for requests that do not require immediate action. Emails are processed within 3 days of being received by the Helpdesk. All high priority requests should be made by phone. The email address is helpdesk@adelaide.edu.au Note: Most jobs will be actioned on recipt of an email or phone call, however, some service requests will require forms to be completed. |
