Email Settings Away from CampusThere are two ways you can check you email whilest away from the Campus OR You are able to setup your email account on your home computer, so that you receive your work emails at home. 1. Open Outlook and select "Tools" and then "E-mail Accounts" 2. Select "Add a new email account" S 3. Only select "IMAP Server", do not select POP3 4. Fill in all the relevant information N.B Username is staff/student ID (eg.a1234567)
5. Select "More Settings" and then click on the "Outgoing Server" tab and set authentication as below
6. Click the "Advanced" tab and change server ports as specified, then click ok and finish
