Oracle Calendar Wont LoginThis problem most often occurs when you change your network password and Oracle Calendar doesn't update to reflect these changes.
1. Log in to Oracle Calendar with your new password. You will be presented with an offline password dialog box.
2. Enter your old password. 3. Oracle Calendar will now log in. 4. In the file menu, Click Download to Local File.
5. When prompted click yes and Oracle Calendar will download the offline agenda to a local file.
6. When prompted, select "Replace offline password with online password" and click ok.
7. You will no longer be prompted for your offline password. 8. If you do not know your offline password (previous password), please contact the Service Desk on 8313 3000. An Analyst will need to assist you to manually clear the problem. This process will vary depending how calendar was installed on your PC or Mac. |
