Mac U:\ Drive MappingAfter you change your password, your Mac may automatically prompt you to re-connect to your home drive, U:\ Drive. If this occurs, enter your new password. In some cases this does not occur. To avoid any interruption, please disconnect the drive and reconnect manually. To do this, please follow these steps: 1. Open "Finder", to browse the drives on your Mac. Click on the eject icon next to your U:\ Drive
2. Select "Go" from the menu and then select "Connect to server..."
NOTE: Where X is the last digit of your ID number. Example a1234567, X=7
4. Press "Connect" and it will prompt for a username and password. Ensure the Username is entered in this format: UOFA\a123456X Press "Connect" when you have finished entering your username and new password. Your home drive, U:\ Drive will be mapped again
NOTE: Your Username must be prefixed with “UOFA\”
