Changing your Signature in Outlook 2003Your signature is the block of text at the bottom of your email that is automatically sent when you send emails and you may need to update this to reflect changes from time to time. 1. In Outlook, click the tools button. 2. Click Options. 3. Click the Mail Format tab at the top of the window. This screen has an area down near the bottom of the window that displays the signatures in use for your active accounts.
4. Click the signatures button. You will be presented with a list of available signatures.
5. Click the edit button to make any changes. 6. Make sure to save any changes before closing the edit window. |
