Technology Partners.

In 2009 Technology Services introduced a team of technology partners, to facilitate better IT service outcomes for our customers.

Each Faculty or Division will have an technology partner assigned to them.

Some examples of the services available through the technology partner are:

An information conduit for customers
Providing information about and increasing the understanding of standards
Identifying services provided by Technology Services
Advice on how technology can enhance your business
Act as a single point of contact for customers enquiring about services outside of our current offerings (non standard)
Ensuring Technology Services staff are aware of projects happening in the business areas so we can minimize the impact of change
Understanding business areas and educating Technology Services staff about them
Act as an escalation point into Technology Services, when high priority tasks need to get actioned
Conflict resolution

Information Sessions

The Partners are currently developing and delivering information sessions on a number of Technology related subjects. If you would like to arrange for one of these sessions to be run in your area, please contact your partner.
