Accessing your Bill

As a feature of Macquarie Telecom Mobile, you may view your calls through your own private access to Macquarie Assist Online. 

  1. To log on, go to www.macquarietelecom.com 
  2. Click on the “Log On – My Macquarie” link in the lower left-hand corner of the home page
  3. Click on “FleetView” from the Drop down menu
  4. Enter your mobile phone number in the “user id” box
  5. Enter your password in the “password” box.  Your password is contained in your welcome letter.  (You may change the password to your preference after you have logged in by selecting “reset password” on the main screen)
  6. To view your calls, you can either click on the View Calls shortcut or select “View Call Details” on the main screen.

Please email the Telecommunications helpdesk via the button below to request a password reset. You will need to provide the mobile number in question.
