Configuration Guides

All devices purchased through the University preferred supplier are delivered pre-configured. If you are experiencing problems with your device please contact the Telecommunications Helpdesk on 830 33333 and arrange for an ITS technician to provide support.

Users who have purchased their device outside of ITS are suggested to follow the configuration guides below. If you are still experiencing problems further support is available for a service fee through Datacom Systems SA. To arrange for a Datacom Systems SA technician to look at the device please contact the Telecommunications Helpdesk on 830 33333 and they will liaison with Datacom Systems SA on your behalf.
