IT Mobile Service Level AgreementWhen you purchase a mobile from IT we will manage any warranty issues on your behalf. We will supply a loan mobile phone if your mobile is sent away to be repaired. If your mobile is lost or stolen we will provide you with a loan phone while you wait delivery of your replacement. If the sim card is lost, stolen or faulty we will replace the sim card within 1 hour during regular work hours (8 am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Outside of business hours please call Macquarie directly on 1800 789 909 and they will place a block on the number.
IT PDA Service Level Agreement
All PDA's purchased through our preferred supplier are tested to ensure compatibility with the University IT systems. IT will also provide the following additional support services:
§ Full Telephone Support § On-site Support § Warranty claims § Repair service for devices out of warranty (charged at an hourly rate & materials) § Loan PDA/Mobile phone
PDA's not purchased from our preferred supplier are not guaranteed to be compatible with the University IT systems. IT support is limited to:
§ "Best-Effort" Telephone Support § Web based configuration guides § Third party on-site Support (charged at an hourly rate)
