New Data Point Activation/Installation

To activate or install a new data point please fill in a Telecommunications work request form and email to pabx@adelaide.edu.au or fax to extension 35775. When the job is logged you will receive an Incident Number via email that will allow you track your request

Procedure

A work request form must be filled in and account code or invoicing details must be added for work to be completed.

Please phone the Telephone helpdesk on extension 33333 for a quote on related cost.

Timelines

Requests are usually resolved within 14 working days of you receiving an Incident number.

This service is the responsibility of the Desktop Management Services Team.
