New Desk PhoneNew desk phones are purchased through the Telephone Service Desk. ProcedurePlease send an email to pabx@adelaide.edu.au with the account code and the type of handset that is required. Please note if you are changing from analogue to digital or digital to analogue you will need to fill in a work request form. Costs
Please phone the Telephone Service Desk on extension 33333 for a quote on related cost. TimelinesRequests are usually resolved within 2 working days of you receiving an Incident number. You will be notified when it is ready for collection, and will then need to organise a time to collect the handset.
