New Desk PhoneNew desk phones are purchased through the Service Desk. To order any of the handsets or accessories, please send an email to servicedesk@adelaide.edu.au with the account code and the type of handset or accessory that is required. Please note if you are changing from analogue to digital or digital to analogue you will need to fill in a work request form. Please phone the Service Desk on extension 33000 if you require any more information. TimelinesRequests are usually resolved within 2 working days of you receiving an Incident number. You will be notified when it is ready for collection, and will then need to organise a time to collect the handset.
