New Phone/Data Lead

New telephone and data leads are purchased through the Telephone help desk. You can email or fax a request. When the job is logged you will receive an Incident Number via email that will allow you track your request

Procedure

Please send an email to pabx@adelaide.edu.au or a fax to extension 35775 with an account code or invoicing details for billing.

Costs

Please phone the Telephone helpdesk on extension 33333 for a quote on related cost.

Timelines

Requests are usually resolved within 2 working days of you receiving an Incident number. You will need to organise a time to collect the leads.

This service is the responsibility of the Desktop Management Services Team.
