Telephone Programming Changes

When requesting Programming changes to an extension number please send an email to pabx@adelaide.edu.au or contact the telephone helpdesk on extension 33333. When the job is logged you will receive via email an Incident Number that will allow you track your request.

Procedure

Most programming changes must be requested in writing.

Costs

No charge.

Timelines

Most requests are resolved within 3 working days of you receiving an Incident number.

This service is the responsibility of the Communications and Training Services Team.
