Phone Upgrade Analogue to Digital

To upgrade a handset from analogue to digital you must fill in a Telecommunications work request form and email it to pabx@adelaide.edu.au or fax it to extension 35775. When the job is logged you will receive an Incident Number via email that will allow you track your request.

Procedure

A work request form must be filled in and account code or invoicing details must be added for work to be completed.

Timelines

Requests are usually resolved within 14 working days of you receiving an Incident number.
