Phone Upgrade Analogue to DigitalTo upgrade a handset from analogue to digital you must fill in a Telecommunications work request form and email it to pabx@adelaide.edu.au or fax it to extension 35775. When the job is logged you will receive an Incident Number via email that will allow you track your request. ProcedureA work request form must be filled in and account code or invoicing details must be added for work to be completed. CostsPlease phone the Telephone helpdesk on extension 33333 for a quote on related cost. TimelinesRequests are usually resolved within 14 working days of you receiving an Incident number. This service is the responsibility of the Desktop Management Services Team. |
