MyUni Forum Moderation

MyUni Forum moderation is undertaken to ensure that all postings adhere to the Guidelines for posting on MyUni Forums. This is to make sure that the forums are seen as an inviting and friendly environment for all users. Breaches of these guidelines will and should be followed up and acted upon. Depending on the severity and number of offensive postings by a user, the user may be sent a warning or banned for a period of time.

Procedure

The Online Education Helpdesk regularly monitors and moderates forums listed within the "Community" tab of MyUni. All new posts in all forums are checked for any breaches of the Guidelines for posting on MyUni Forums and any apparent breaches are acted upon, as appropriate. The Online Education Helpdesk also archive messages when necessary.

All students and staff are responsible for complying with University policy. This includes Copyright, Spam and Acceptable Use: Compliance, Copyright and University Policy.
