VPN GuidesAttention: The VPN Service is not available on campus as access to restricted services is already granted. To install and test VPN while on-campus please connect to the UofA-help wireless network.
All configuration and user guides are available on this page, if you have any issues please inform us via the Service Desk or our feedback form. There are 2 methods to access restricted services from VPN Anyconnect Client: This traditional method installs software onto your existing computer. Users will need to run this software whenever a VPN connection is required and will be able to continue using their computer as per normal. Web VPN: The Web VPN method allows users to access restricted services through a web portal. Users login to the portal and can access restricted IT services from there. VPN Access & InstallationThere are 2 methods of installation, the guedes below take you through an automated process using a web browser. Otherwise the you can manually download and install the client, select the appropriate software from the software table below. The VPN is not available from most University networks, this means there is some additional processes to follow if you would like to install and test the client while on campus that supports wireless devices only. You will need to connect to the UofA-help wireless network prior to following the guides below. Software TableAfter installation, run the software and type vpn.adelaide.edu.au into the connection field.
